I first got involved In fitness 15years ago after an accident at work where I had to exercise to aid my recovery. I was 21, overweight and had never been in a gym in my life. I was apprehensive, I didn't know how to use the equipment, I didn't want to injure myself further. So I hired a personal trainer. It was during this time I developed an interest in fitness. I lost weight, I recovered from my injury and I decided to become a personal trainer. I want to give you what that trainer gave me. A second chance at life. I specialise in female only weight loss. Why? Because I understand the frustrations, the anxiety, the self consciousness and all the body hang ups that come with it. I cant promise this journey will be easy buy I can promise to support you, and I can promise you that it will be worth it.
