My time on Michelle's 6 week course was brilliant. I completed the course twice to get the best understanding of everything she taught me. I learnt new ways to help with my weight loss and fitness journey. Having all the help with video's, PT sessions and check ins really helped me keep on track. This course helped me stay on track around my busy work schedule, which was one of the main causes of my weight gain. Michelle was such a big help to me, and I definitely recommend this course to anyone. Beginner or not, its a huge help if you are needing that push!
