Or you can join the PT sessions without the weight loss course.

3 workout plans per week - Designed by you for you! Tell me what you like, what area you would like to focus on and what equipment you have access to and I will design a workout that's got all that included.
Expert nutrition advice - Learn the ins and outs of simple flexible nutrition so you never have to struggle with 'dieting' again.
A supportive community - You are not alone, our online community is full of like minded people supporting and motivating each other along the way.
Weekly check ins - Where you can assess your own progress, ask for help and receive personalised strategies to make sure you are heading toward your goals.
Small group Personal Training - you will have the opportunity to book two face to face training sessions during October as part of the course.
