Blueberry Protein Pancakes


Nutritional Information for 1 serving.

Recipe makes 3 pancakes.


Ingredients

5tsb of all purpose flour

1/4cup vanilla protein powder

1/4tsb of baking powder

1 banana

1 egg

1/4 oat milk

1tsb butter


Method

In a medium sized bowl,/mix together all the dry ingredients.


Next,whisk together the eggs & milk, then gently mix it through the dry ingredients.


Mash the banana and gently mix through (don't mix too much)


In a non stick frying , and a tsb of butter, and bring the pan to a medium heat.


Using a ladle, spoon the pancake mix into the pan, one at a time. When you see little bubbles appear, its time to flip your pancake.


Serve with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt & a drizzle of maple syrup or whatever toppings you like.
