'Can Can' Chilli 🌶

This recipe includes any 'can' of beans from the cupboard. Just swap in/out beans to make your own style 😋🌶


1/2 cup brown rice

1tsb Olive Oil

1/4 diced brown onion

1/4 cup cannellini beans

1/4 cup kidney beans

1/4 cup sliced celery

1/2 can diced tomatos

1/2 cup vegetable broth (or water)

1/4 corn kernels

Cracked pepper - sprinkling


Start by bringing a pot to boil and cookjnv rice according to packet instructions.

Bring a wok or large pan to high heat and add tsb of olive oil. Next, add the onion and cook until soft.

Add the cannellini beans, kidney beans, and celery and com on medium heat for 5mins.

Now, add all remaining ingredients. Simmer on a low heat for 15mins.
