Chocolate + Apple Oats

Ingredients

50g Oats

200ml semi skimmed milk

30g chocolate whey

1 square of dark chocolate

1/4 apple grated


Method

Add oats and milk to microwave safe dish. Microwave 2-4mins.

Remove from, add whey and mix in before adding dark chocolate and grated apple.
