Ingredients

1 x high protein

40g reduced fat mozerrella

3 mushrooms sliced

2 spring onions sliced

1 thick rasher of bacon

30g Passata

1 medium egg


Method

Cook bacon, mushrooms and , add wrap to frying pan to start crisping underneath.


Spread wrap with Passata and toppings, leaving a small well in the middle.


Break the egg in to the middle of the and place under a hot gril until cooked.
