Pizza Muffins


Nutritional information for one person/serving


Ingredients

2 English muffins

1tsb tomato paste

25g shaved leg ham

1/4 tinned pineapple

1tsb Kalamata olives - halved

30g cheddar cheese grated


Method


Preheat oven to 180°C.


Lightly toast muffins in toaster


Spread tomato paste over muffins


Followed by ham, pineapple, olives and cheese.


Cook for 7-10mins or until cheese is golden.
