How do you like your smoothies? Runny? Thick? If you love them runny...don't add any ice. Prefer it thick? Go 'bananas' with the ice.
1/2 cup of berries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2tsb of peanut butter
2tsb Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup water
Handful of ice
Put all ingredients in a blender n whiz till done 😋
