Ingredients
1 medium-large potato
2tsp Olive oil
1tsp lemon and spice
1tsp paprika
1/4 salt
1/4 cracked pepper
1tsb panko crumbs
Method
Start by preheating the or 210°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Next, peel the potatoes, then cut them into approx 1cm wedges.
Mix olive oil with lemon and herb spice, paprika, salt & pepper. Use your hands to make sure all the wedges are nicely covered.
Add panko crumbs and toss to cover.
Lay wedges sparsely on the baking and cook for 20mins. Turn the wedges and cook for a further 10mins.
